Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect your name and email so we can tell you when Social Phix is ready, plus a few optional answers that help us decide what to make. We don't sell your data. You can have it deleted by replying to any email.

Social Phix is operated by PhixRx, based in Ontario, Canada. For anything in this policy, contact shady@socialphix.com.

What we collect, and why

When you join the waitlist

The last three are survey answers. They shape what we make and how it's priced.

Collected automatically

What	Why
Your IP address	To limit how many signups come from one connection, and to stop people referring themselves. It is not used to identify or profile you.
Country and city (approximate)	We ship to the US at launch, so we need to know roughly where people are
How you found us (UTM tags)	To see which channels actually work
Timestamps	When you signed up, confirmed, or unsubscribed

If you use a referral link

We record which referral code brought you, so the person who referred you gets credit. If you refer others, we count how many of them confirmed their email.

Where it's stored

Signup records live in Cloudflare Workers KV, on Cloudflare's global network. Unconfirmed signups are automatically deleted after seven days. Rate-limiting records are deleted after one hour.

We also use these services, each of which holds some of your data:

• Resend — sends our emails and logs delivery status
• Kit — holds our mailing list, if you've subscribed
• Google Analytics — anonymised traffic statistics for the website
• Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that form submissions come from a person, not a script

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Not to anyone, at any price.
• We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We don't send you anything you didn't sign up for.
• We don't ask for or store health information. Please don't send us any.

How long we keep it

Confirmed signups are kept until you ask us to delete them or the waitlist is closed and fulfilled. Unconfirmed signups delete themselves after seven days. Ask us to delete your record and we will, usually within a few days.

If you unsubscribe, your record is deleted straight away — your name, your survey answers, your referral history, all of it. We keep only your email address on a short suppression list, because that's the only way to make sure you don't get added back by mistake. If you'd like that removed too, email us and we'll do it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe — every email has a link in the footer. One click, no login, no confirmation step. It takes effect immediately and we won't email you again.
• See your data — email us and we'll send you everything we hold on you.
• Delete your data — email us and we'll remove it.
• Correct it — email us and we'll fix it.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visitors and see which pages get read. Referral links add a tag to the web address, which is how we know who referred you. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.

Children

This site and product are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the record.

Where your data goes

We operate from Canada and our service providers are largely US-based, so your information may be stored or processed in either country and is subject to the laws there.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll email everyone on the list. The date at the top always shows the current version.
